Can the $10 be credited to further work?
Yes. If the review leads to a larger testing plan or document package, the $10 is credited against that project once scope is confirmed.
How quickly will I hear back?
We normally confirm scope and document completeness within one business day. If official texts or third-party sources must be checked, we state the expected time.
What if the request exceeds the scope?
We state the additional work and cost first. Nothing is added without your approval.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund before review work starts. After work starts, any refund is agreed according to work completed. Scope is confirmed before payment.
Does the review include the full standard?
No. GlobeNorm provides metadata and compliance navigation. Normative texts must be obtained from the official or authorized publisher.
