Searching the library, reading metadata and asking the standards assistant. The site applies ordinary rate limits to protect availability, but there is no five-question paywall and no query pass to buy.
What is paid
Named human work with an agreed deliverable: a product-specific standard list, a test-report basis review, a declaration checklist or an export compliance document pack. Evidence, source links and scope limits are stated in the deliverable.
Refunds and payment security
Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never reach GlobeNorm. If a payment succeeds but the request is not acknowledged, retain the receipt and contact us for reconciliation. Refund terms should be confirmed in the written scope before payment.
