本规范适用于采用明挖、暗挖、顶管，定向钻等施工工艺，并符合下列参数的城镇供热管网工程的施工及验收： 1 工作压力小于或等于1．6MPa，介质温度小于或等于350℃的蒸汽管网； 2 工作压力小于或等于2．5MPa，介质温度小于或等于200℃的热水管网；
