本规程适用于建筑物高度不大于100m的新建、改建、扩建工业与民用建筑的生活排水、一般屋面雨水重力排水和家用空调机组的凝结水排水的塑料管道工程设计、施工及验收。 本规程规定的建筑排水塑料管道包括由硬聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)材料、聚烯烃(PO)材料制成，或者由苯乙烯与聚氯乙烯共混等材料制成的塑料排水管道。
