本规范适用于向城市、乡镇或居民点供给居民生活、商业、工业企业生产、采暖通风和空调等各类用户作燃料用的新建、扩建或改建的城镇燃气工程设计。 注：1本 规范不适用于城镇燃气门站以前的长距离输气管道工程。 2本规范不适用于工业企业自建供生产工艺用且燃气质量不符合本规范质量要求的燃气工程设计，但自建供生产工艺用且燃气质量符合本规范要求的燃气工程设计，可按本规范执行。 工业企业内部自供燃气给居民使用时，供居民使用的燃气质量和工程设计应按本规范执行。 3本规范不适用于海洋和内河轮船、铁路车辆、汽车等运输工具上的燃气装置设计。
