本规范适用于下列范围： 1 农村消防规划； 2 农村新建、扩建和改建建筑的防火设计； 3 农村既有建筑的防火改造； 4 农村消防安全管理。 除本规范规定外，农村的厂房、仓库、公共建筑和建筑高度超过15m的居住建筑的防火设计应执行现行国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016等的规定。
