本规范适用于下列通用用电设备的配电设计： 1 额定功率大于或等于0．55kW的一般用途电动机。 2 电动桥式起重机、电动梁式起重机、门式起重机和电动葫芦；胶带输送机运输线、载重大于300kg的电力拖动的室内电梯和自动扶梯。 3 电弧焊机、电阻焊机和电渣焊机。 4 电镀用的直流电源设备。 5 牵引用铅酸蓄电池、起动用铅酸蓄电池、固定型阀控式密闭铅酸蓄电池和镉镍蓄电池的充电装置。 6 直流电压为40kV～80kV的除尘、除焦油等静电滤清器的电源装置。 7 室内日用电器。
