本规范适用于储存介质自重不大于10KN/m3的原油、石化产品及其他类似液体的常压（包括微内压）立式圆筒形钢制储罐地基基础（以下简称“储罐地基基础”）的设计。 本规范不适用于储存低温、介质毒性程度为极度或高度危害介质、酸或碱腐蚀介质及高架储灌地基基础的设计。
