本规范适用于火力发电厂范围内输送蒸汽、水、气和易燃易爆、有毒及腐蚀性液体或气体等介质的管道设计。不适用于下列管道设计： 1 制造厂成套设计的设备或机器所属的管道； 2 锅炉烟风煤粉系统管道； 3 采暖通风与空气调节的管道及非圆形截面的管道； 4 地下或室内给排水及消防给水管道； 5 泡沫、二氧化碳及其他灭火系统的管道； 6 各种塔、建筑构架、贮罐、机械设备和基础用的管道； 7 核电站管道。
