本规范适用于设计压力不大于32MPa，设计温度为-20 0 C～360 0 C的陆上油田集输钢质管道和设计压力不大于70MPa的陆上气田集输钢质管道新建、改建和扩建工程施工。 本规范不适用于天然气中硫化氢体积含量大于或等于5％的气田集输管道工程的施工。
