本规范适用于岩质边坡高度为30m以下(含30m)，土质边坡高度为15m以下(含15m)的既有建筑边坡工程和岩质基坑边坡的鉴定和加固。 超过上述高度的边坡加固工程以及地质和环境条件复杂的边坡加固工程除应符合本规范外，还应进行专项设计，采取有效、可靠的加固处理措施。
