本标准适用于罐区液化烃储罐总容积不超过300m³、单罐容积不超过100m³,甲B和乙类液体储罐总容积不超过5000m³、单罐容积不超过1000m³ ,丙类液体储罐总容积不超过25000m³、单罐容积不超过5000m³，可燃气体储罐总容积不超过5000m³、单罐容积不超过1000m³的精细化工企业新建、扩建和改建工程的防火设计。
