本标准适用于以聚酯熔体、聚酯切片、回收聚酯瓶片以及再生聚酯切片、泡泡料为原料的涤纶长丝工厂、涤纶短纤维工厂、涤纶工业丝工厂的新建、改建和扩建工程的设计。本标准不适用于涤纶工厂内的聚酯装置设计、固相缩聚装置设计和以聚酯或涤纶为原料的非织造布工厂设计。
