本规程适用于环境类别为一类、二a类，且抗震设防烈度小于或等于9度地区的一般工业与民用建筑楼板的设计、施工及验收。当遇有板底表面温度大于100℃或有生产热源且表面温度经常大于60℃或板承受振动荷载情况之一时，应按国家现行有关标准进行专门设计。
