本规程适用于8层及8层以下且房屋高度不超过24m的多层密肋复合板结构及9层及9层以上或房屋高度超过24m的高层密肋复合板结构。非抗震设计和抗震设防烈度为6度至8度抗震设计的密肋复合 板结构，其适用的房屋最大高度应符合本规程的行关规定。 本规程不适用于建造在危险地段以及发震断裂最小避让距离内的密肋复合板结构。
